Naomi and I are battling colds and flues this week and I’ll be honest with you — I am not liking it! So we will be eating simple, nutrient-rich foods this week, to help our battle.

Wednesday: Beef Stew, Dumplings
Thursday: Chicken Stir Fry, Rice
Friday: Eat Out
Saturday: Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
