Menu Plan Monday: March 21-26

Naomi and I are battling colds and flues this week and I’ll be honest with you — I am not liking it!  So we will be eating simple, nutrient-rich foods this week, to help our battle.

Soups of the Week:
Ginger Carrot Soup
Chicken Noodle Soup

Breads of the Week:
Foccacia Bread (Store Bought)
Rolls (Store Bought)

Sunday: Roasted Chicken, Potatoes, Veggies

Monday: Crockpot Lasagna, Salad

Tuesday: Grilled Cheese and Chicken Sandwiches with Tomato Soup

Wednesday: Beef Stew, Dumplings

Thursday: Chicken Stir Fry, Rice

Friday: Eat Out

Saturday: Spaghetti with Meat Sauce
